Shaving Cream Easter Eggs

Dyeing Easter eggs the same way year after year can get a bit boring.

So we searched far and wide to find a fun, new way to try it this year! We’ve gone through all the different options online, and this one was definitely our favorite:

Shaving Cream Easter Eggs

Materials Needed:

  • Foam shaving cream or cool whip (The eggs are inedible after using shaving cream on them, so if you’d like to eat them, use cool whip)
  • Regular or neon food coloring
  • Eggs
  • Cookie sheet
  • A straw for stirring
  • Gloves (in case things get messy!)

Grab your cookie sheet and squirt the shaving cream evenly across. Drip the different food coloring onto the shaving cream. Swirl the colors together with a straw until it looks like tie die.

Roll each egg individually on one side into the colors and flip it over. Let it sit for 10 minutes and rinse it.

Check out our video below to see how they look!

(Thanks to Crafty Morning for the idea!)
